Student Visa ( University Students)

This service is for applicants who intend to study at an eligible college, university or educational institution in Canada. Services can start from the initial evaluation of the study plan and reviewing the admission documents and include the preparation of forms, study plan, financial documents, study permit and temporary resident visa applications and application follow-up.

Choosing a DLI alone is not enough to qualify. The applicant should check that the chosen program is compatible with their educational and career goals and, if relevant, whether the program is also eligible for PGWP.

The applicant should usually:

• Have a valid letter of acceptance from a Designated Educational Institution (DLI);
• Provide a valid PAL/TAL, unless it is subject to one of the official exemptions;
• To study in Quebec, meet provincial requirements, including CAQ;
• Prove the ability to pay the tuition fees, the cost of living for yourself and accompanying members, and the cost of commuting;
• Provide logical and consistent academic goals with educational and career records;
• convince the officer to comply with the conditions of temporary residence;
• Be admissible on medical, criminal, and security grounds.

Professional fees are determined after reviewing the applicant’s circumstances, immigration history, number of family members, the complexity of the matter, and the scope of services required. After the assessment, the services, professional fees, and payment terms will be confirmed in a written retainer agreement.

Government processing fees, biometrics, medical examinations, translations, credential assessments, courier charges, and other third-party costs are separate from professional fees unless the written agreement expressly states otherwise.

• Passport, photo and identity documents;
• DLI acceptance letter and confirmation of acceptance, if requested by IRCC;
• PAL/TAL or exemption certificate;
• CAQ for Quebec, as applicable;
• Educational certificates, transcripts, resume and employment records;
• Study program or Letter of Explanation;
• The result of the language test, if any or required by the institution;
• Tuition receipt and sufficient financial documents with an explanation of the source of funds;
• Job and financial documents of applicants and financial sponsors;
• Documents of accompanying family members and proof of relationship;
• Travel records, previous refusals and full explanations about them;
• Police certificate, medical examination or biometrics, if needed;
• Any other documents specified in the personal checklist or IRCC request letter.
