Canadian Passport

Canadian passport is issued only to Canadian citizens. Application type can be adult, child, simple extension or full application. Having a Certificate of Citizenship is not enough without completing the passport application requirements.

The applicant must be a Canadian citizen, prove his identity and meet the conditions of guarantor, references and photo according to the type of application. For the child, all parents or guardians and custody status must be disclosed.

Professional fees are determined after reviewing the applicant’s circumstances, immigration history, number of family members, the complexity of the matter, and the scope of services required. Government processing fees, biometrics, medical examinations, translations, credential assessments, courier charges, and other third-party costs are separate from professional fees unless the written agreement expressly states otherwise.

• Canadian citizenship certificate;
• Valid proof of identity;
• Previous passport, if any;
• Two photos according to specifications;
• guarantor information and two references;
• Name change documents;
• For the child: birth certificate, parents’ documents and documents of custody or separation;
• Receipt of expenses and proof of travel for urgent services, as the case may be.
