Who We Are

Elegant Immigration Services is a Canadian immigration consulting firm based in North Vancouver, British Columbia, providing professional immigration advice and representation to clients from around the world.

The firm is founded and led by Dr. Ali Yousefi, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) under Licence No. R535117. As an authorized immigration professional, Dr. Yousefi is licensed to represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).

Dr. Yousefi holds a Professional Doctorate in Educational Management and is a graduate of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. He has also served as an instructor with the College, becoming one of the first Iranian-Canadian educators to teach future Canadian immigration professionals.

In addition to his immigration practice, Dr. Yousefi is a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits in British Columbia, authorized by the Province of British Columbia to verify identities, administer oaths, and witness affidavits and statutory declarations.

Supported by a dedicated and experienced team, Elegant Immigration Services has assisted hundreds of individuals and families with temporary residence, permanent residence, refugee protection, citizenship, and judicial review matters. Our firm is committed to professionalism, integrity, accuracy, and personalized service throughout every stage of the immigration process.

As an authorized Canadian immigration practice, all eligible applications are prepared and submitted through the official Government of Canada Representative Portal, ensuring secure and professional communication with Canadian immigration authorities.
