Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

Canada’s provinces and territories nominate applicants in different streams based on their economic needs. Some streams are related to Express Entry and some are based on nomination. The criteria, capacities and opening and closing time of streams are provincial and may change without long notice.

The applicant must comply with the criteria of the selected stream of the province; These criteria can include a job offer, work experience, language, education, real connection with the province, capital or business experience. Nomination alone does not guarantee permanent residency, and IRCC still reviews medical, criminal, security, and information admissibility.

Professional fees are determined after reviewing the applicant’s circumstances, immigration history, number of family members, the complexity of the matter, and the scope of services required. After the assessment, the services, professional fees, and payment terms will be confirmed in a written retainer agreement.

Government processing fees, biometrics, medical examinations, translations, credential assessments, courier charges, and other third-party costs are separate from professional fees unless the written agreement expressly states otherwise.
