Use this page to pay consultation fees, deposits, instalments, government fees or any other amount we have requested from you by invoice, email or message.

  3. Add your full name, file number (if any) and the reason for the payment (e.g. consultation, instalment 2 of 5, government fee).

Interac e-Transfer (Canada)

Clients with a Canadian bank account can send an Interac e-Transfer to the email address below.

  • Write your full name and the reason for the payment in the message field.
  • Keep the confirmation for your records.

Paying from Countries Without International Banking Access

If you live in a country where international bank transfers or credit cards are not available, you can pay through the services of a currency exchange office.

Sanctions Compliance Notice

Because of international sanctions, including Canada's sanctions laws, we cannot accept payments by international credit card, debit card or wire transfer from countries under sanctions. Payments from these countries must be made through a registered, licensed currency exchange office, with a full declaration of:

  • the exact amount paid
  • the exchange rate applied
  • the reason for the payment
  • the payer's full name and identification details

Payments without this full declaration cannot be accepted.

  • Please pay only amounts you have been asked to pay by Elegant Immigration Services. Payments without a request from us will be returned.
  • Government of Canada fees may change if IRCC updates its fees. We will confirm the current amount with you.
  • We will never ask for your card details by phone, email or message. Always pay through this page.
  • If you cannot pay by card or e-Transfer, please contact us and we will provide other options.
