Our firm is founded and led by Dr. Ali Yousefi, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants under Licence No. R535117. He is authorized to represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).
Dr. Yousefi holds a Professional Doctorate in Educational Management and is a graduate of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. He has also served as an instructor with the College, becoming one of the first Iranian-Canadian professionals to teach and mentor future Canadian immigration consultants.
In addition to his immigration practice, Dr. Yousefi is appointed as a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits in British Columbia, authorized to administer oaths, witness affidavits and certify declarations in accordance with provincial legislation. This appointment, issued by the Province of British Columbia under the BC Evidence Act and recognizing him as a person entrusted by the provincial government, has been renewed without interruption since 2019 and is currently valid until June 30, 2027. It specifically covers affidavits and statutory declarations required under Canada’s federal Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).
