The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) lets British Columbia select skilled workers, graduates and entrepreneurs who can contribute to the province’s economy. A BC nomination can lead to permanent residence, either through Express Entry or through a separate application to IRCC.

Who is this for?

  • Skilled workers with a job offer from a BC employer
  • Workers in occupations BC has prioritized, such as healthcare, technology and childcare
  • Express Entry candidates who want to add a provincial nomination to their profile
  • Entrepreneurs planning to start or buy a business in BC

How we can help

  • Assessing which BC PNP streams you may qualify for
  • Registering your profile and maximizing your score in BC PNP Online
  • Preparing your application to BC after you are invited
  • Submitting your permanent residence application after nomination
  • Keeping your application on track as program criteria change

Good to know: BC PNP criteria, invitations and stream availability change frequently, and some streams may be paused or limited in a given year. We check the latest requirements before you register.
