Transfer Your Case

Already working with a representative but not satisfied with how your file is being handled? Or has your representative retired, become unreachable or stopped handling your case? You can change your representative at any time. We review your file, take over as your authorized representative, and continue your case with as little disruption as possible.

Good to know: Changing your representative does not restart your application, but deadlines keep running. Contact us as early as possible, especially if you have a hearing or deadline coming up.
