    Document Drop-Off

    Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, the building at 1501 Lonsdale Avenue, where our office is located, is open for longer hours. If you only need to drop off documents and do not need to speak with a team member, you can visit during the building's opening hours.

    Seal your documents

    Place your documents in an envelope and write your full name and phone number on it.

    Visit the building

    During building hours, enter 1501 Lonsdale Avenue and go to Unit 22.

    Use the mail slot

    The door of Unit 22 has a slot for envelopes. Drop your envelope through it into the office.

    We collect and review

    Our team collects and reviews your documents the next business morning.

    All documents accepted

    Any document, including identity documents and passports, can be dropped off this way.

    Secure at all times

    When our team is not in the office, the office is locked and monitored by CCTV cameras.

    Sundays: no access

    On Sundays, the building and the office cannot be accessed under any circumstances.
